Hi there,
I'm not sure if this is a kind of job you're familiar with or willing to do, but I'm asking around because I haven't been able to fix it myself: The top drawer of my desk is jammed. I overfilled it, and I believe there is a ruler catching at the top lip and keeping the drawer from opening. I've tried wedging things into shift around the contents and that hasn't worked -- i think the desk may need to be taken apart to some extent, or the bottom of the drawer drilled into to get it loose. I'd like a professional to do this, because it's a nice, older desk and I don't want to risk ruining it trying to DIY.
My address is 226 Athol Avenue. I'm a couple blocks east of Lake Merritt in Oakland.
Thanks for taking the time to read this!
